interesting how a new terminology is invented when a white person is on the receiving end.
No.....not racism...ethnic intimidation.

That's not a new term in the law at all.

I've seen it charged against people who intimidated Blacks, Jews, and Muslims before.

Here's a case where a WHITE man in Johnstown, PA was charged with ethnic intimidation against four Black girls:

Not nearly as many that didn't however.

Face the facts....Obama couldn't have been elected if a large number of the majority White people didn't vote for him.

And 93% of blacks voted for Obama because he is black. Obviously those who voted against him were right.

I read this morning about 3 Black teen girls arrested for beating up a White woman.

They were charged with "Ethnic Intimidation". They did a heck of a lot more than intimidate her; they sent her to the hospital with their beatings.

no its because the black community and liberals everywhere insist on labeling people racist for the drop of a dime. Don't forget people have had their carreers tarnished over false accusations of racism.
Remember Tawana Brawley?

Why does it bother y'all so much?

If you aren't guilty of having such thoughts or feelings, shouldn't this all just roll off your backs?

Or do you really need some hack writer to convince you that what you yourself believe isn't really racism?

Every one of them is valid.

The idiots are only those who claim racism like the boy who cried wolf too often.
