Yes, that's what the idiot in the White House said. So I'm hoping somebody will show me where I can get health care for less than my cell phone bill.

What an idiot we have in the White House. He's totally clueless.

"We were just talking with some folks earlier about the fact that, for a lot of people, it will be cheaper than your cell phone bill," Obama explained.

Keep in mind that in his circles cell phone bills are in the thousands. From his perspective it makes total sense.

Aren't everyone's cell phone bills in the thousands?

I dumped Verizon and got a tracphone family plan, $16 month for two lines. There went his example.

When Obamacare fully kicks in, we'll all be dumping our doctors; for Ralph on the corner, who knows a guy who knows a guys cousin. OR, could it be that he was actually referring to the fines.

You can get UNLIMITED voice, text and data for less than $100 per month. I doubt that we will find an Obamacare plan for less than $100 per month.

Ct single coverage is around $280, and with a subsidy of 50%-which would still be for a family/person with several x poverty income, one is looking at $140 per month. Many cell phones run far more.

COBRA single usually exceeds $500, and comes with NO subsidy.

I know several people whose family plan cellphone bill is over $140 a month. Sounds like a deal.
