Meth has been around for a long time. Speed has been around even longer (lots of drugs qualify as speed).

its just got easier to make. I never tried that one, I have seen others who have. Its not just white people, and yeah, it makes people disgusting. I have heard stories from sheriffs deputies of a meth addict eating their own scabs as to keep getting as much of the drug as they can.

Nasty drug. I woukdnt use it. Its not for me to say when adults can destroy themselves. If there are kids, seize them.

Meth doesn't fit their image for a "Norman Rockwell/Leave it to Beaver" America, yet they say nothing.

Yes they do.

But we white people don't blame society for their ills.

I say take away their welfare.

Nationally it get little attention because the resulting crime is isolated, as is the very visual fallout.

Sounds like the problem will solve itself once all the users die and the suppliers run out of customers.

They do it to themselves....their choice.

Not "Al Cracka" forcing them into trailers, keeping them oppressed, recklessly reproducing and deemphasizing education.

No blame game to go around rural America...just bad decisions.

you fail? YES

That and in parts of the US and around the world "huffing" is done for the same reason.

Saw one special where some beat up house in "somewhere, USA" had a basement piled with empty industrial solvent cans (5 gallon).

Cop said people would go there to get "high" and that it typically destroyed their brain and killed them within a few years.

The 5 big Mexican DTOs (drug trafficking orgs) are selling the majority of meth, even in middle America. The meth labs as described are small-time dealies.

One thing I didn't know about meth is that it was originally created to give extra "energy" and drive allowing people to work longer and more focused. Many US and German WWII soldiers carried meth pills during the war for instance.

And despite the horrible cases we see in photos, meth has a much bigger market than just destitute rural folk, although they seem to be the users hardest hit. Like heroin, many functional Americans can use the crap without destroying their lives.
