ER is the most expensive option of all.

Hmmm... It would be so fun to do this face to face... without the delay... so you can comprehend just how far behind the curve this argument is.

"Insurance" has enabled the purchase of massive amounts of health care services that nobody can afford. Including ER.

Tell me, where does the money come from that insurance uses to pay the ER bill for you?

You have more people paying into it, though it would be better to have a single payer insurance so that we would have the leverage on 310+ million members.
