Never mind, welcome to ignore.
Meanwhile, here on the C-D forum, at least two of your fellow cons have posted elaborate "what if?" fantasy scenarios, each of which ends with a full-on world war.

And speaking of Armageddon:

Oh Magog! Why End-Times Buffs Are Freaking Out About Syria | Mother Jones

At least one of these "burden of Damascus" freaks has the ear of several prominent Republicans. And that's in real life.

And enable them to shoot and kill lots of poor people. Yay!
Then you'd know they are preparing for an economic collapse here in the US, not WWIII.
And here's the funny bit...keep a full pantry and you're called a prepper in a derogatory way.
Hey..when there's a storm coming I'm not rushing to the supermarket fighting over milk, bread, etc.

i know not of this "TEOTWAWKI scenario" of which you speak, but personally do not want to see another world war. einstein once said i dont not know what weapons world war three will be fought with, but world war four will be fought with sticks and stones. a world war today would devistate the planet in ways you cant even conceive of yet.

no, the doomsday preppers are in fact preparing to survive and economic holocaust. whether it be caused by a war or just an economic collapse, they want to be ready to tough it out until society can get back on its feet. if that means they have to shoot looters to protect themselves and their loved ones, then so be it, but it doesnt mean that they are looking forward to the coming chaos.
