Rick roma, yes, it does make sense , so many women who are abused by a spouse are too afraid to press charges. THAT is why.they changed the law.some years ago to make it irrelevant whether the woman pressed charges.or not, and put it in the hands of law enforcement. So.

Seems she did lots of lying today. I noticed at the end of the article it also says that even though neither pressed charges, the state could still press charges. Course given the lies Shellie told in her 911 call according to this article, maybe it will be her the state guns for this time and if this article is factual, I have no sympathy for her.
This isn't the 1st time Zimmerman has been accused of assaulting his partner. Before the TM case, before the media hype, Zimmerman had already shown a violent history. Even including violence against a Police officer.
Out of all posters, you should know I don't like most Police, but everyone knows not to physically assault a Police officer or a woman if you are a man...better yet, real man.
The black teenager, not barely over 16, is the thug because there's a picture of him with a gun (how many white youth in America have pictures holding guns??) and he smokes marijuana.
I'm not making this about race because there's deceptive people in all races. I'm making this about the biases we have sometimes towards those who share common traits (race, sexuality, gender). People keep bringing up OJ but one case was about evidence and one case should have been about judgement. Zimmerman is obviously confrontational and has a history of being that way. He's also a liar and a manipulator according to some. And a molester.

Why is this man still able to carry a gun?
If you don't like most Police, you probably understand how they'll charge people who look at them wrong or shrug away with assault, resisting arrest, etc. To pull the 'if gz was black' card on you, if gz was black, you and a bunch of others fixated on that charge from 8 years ago would be laughing your azzes off at calling that incident a violent history.
