Well you have to believe SOMETHINGS so just do your due diligence if something sounds off, no matter where you hear it from. I get plenty of truth from TV, the internet, people I know, etc. but I also get some stuff that is false and sometimes the people telling me don't even know it's false and I have to point it out. Using multiple sources is you're best bet. Or common sense.
