The best thing about O is this: all the next President has to do is get rid of all the executive orders he signed and defund whatever is funded by them. It can be done in a week.
No idea what the "Independent Journal Review" is, but the economy is getting better and neo-cons are futilely whining like a bunch of petulant children. Gotta love it.
Wow if this is the review they give President Obama, it begs the question if they were honest and honorable in their assessment of things when a Republican was in the White House. Given that it is a RWNJ blog, I suspect not.

Wow.....I'm shocked to see this! Who'd of thunk it?
Liberal/Obama Supporter Auto Response Protocolâ„¢
1. The source isn't valid
2. That's racist
3. GOP obstruction
4. But...but...but George W. Bush
5. Haters gonna hate
6. Repeat 1,2,3,4 and/or 5 as needed then insult the opposition for failing to support this great man, declare victory, and move on
Can you refute any of the points made in the article?
They say you can't judge a presidents economic policy until they leave office. The 4 and 8 years after the president is really where the mustard meets the road.
For instance, it was actually Reagans and Bush economics (massive spending while lowering interest rates with taxes raised to put the deficit in check through the 90s) that lead to the boom under Clinton. We had 7 decent years under Bush, thanks to a balancing of the budget and sound fiscal policy forced on Clinton by a republican congress.
Bush broke all of the economic rules. They deregulated the markets, massively increased spending, and lowered taxes iver and over. We are paying for those mistakes now, with a sluggish, top heavy economy.
Obamas jury is still out, until about 2020. If Hillary wins, she'll take credit for it. If republicans do, they'll take credit for it.
