Is it kind of like burning your draft card? I think not;I would think refusing to file income tax return would be similar to that.

Harrier won't be eligible for Medicare for almost 30 years, but he has absolutely no intention in ever enrolling in such an unconstitutional monstrosity.

Harrier will never burn his Medicare card, because he fully intends to never have one.

??? Last I looked, poor people were about half as likely to vote as rich people.

Now, think about why it's mathematically impossible for health insurance premiums to fall by 3,000%.
(If you can't figure it out, I'll be more than happy to explain it.)

Just responding to your own claims in this thread that Obamacare is expensive, le roi:

Not mathematically impossible, refundable tax credits which are sufficiently large would do the trick.

Obama plans on giving corporations 3,000% refundable tax credits?

Interesting...

That is the goal, to be fined, taxed, or penalized for non-compliance. That will give me standing in the courts challenging the constitutionality of AHA since that fine, tax, or penalty for non-compliance amounts to a bill of attainder which is specifically prohibited. Citizens cannot be denied their right to due process via the courts. Imposing a penalty via legislative fiat, without a trial, is unconstitutional.

What cracks me up is, since there is no such thing as an actual "Obamacare card," the idiots are going to print some up just so they have something to burn.

You can't make this s**t up. lol

Keep it up, Teabaggers! Seriously! It pretty much guarantees another Democratic president in the White House in 2016!
