Well, some of them will be open. Some won't. And some will not be fully functional on opening day. Should be a fun time for all.

I think most will be. Unless the states drag on getting the necessary insurance info out.

The big problem will be the load on the servers, initially anyway. Going to be a lot of people checking out prices. And if people can save, they'll go for it (regardless of politics).
