If a company is out right saying that they are cutting hours when a contract is in place, well they deserve what ever action their employees need to do.

The ACA did not end contracts in place. The issue is for future contracts.
contracts cannot over ride federal law, even if the law changes in the middle of the contract, and the law changed. dont like? tough, the unions are not exempt from the law nor should they be. same with congress and the president, and every other elected official, as well as all appointed officials. they ALL need to follow the law. the unions supported the law and now they want an exemption to the law. if it was good enough to support in the first place, it is good enough to follow now.
