No...what you are attempting to do is to introduce the racist's talking point, commonly known as "holocaust deniers!!!!"
photoshop wasnt available in 1945 when the photos were taken, and it was very hard back then to fake photographs. and there is plenty of evidence as the germans kept very good records which were not destroyed. check out the nuremburg trials for more information, you will find that many officers admitted to following orders from higher ups to eliminate not only jews, but other "undesirables" as well, estimated to be a total of more than 10-12 million people.

How about some of my elderly Jewish patients who still have the camp tattoos on them? Is that evidence enough for you?
You mean besides the millions of Jews who disappeared coupled with the remains of millions of people found following the holocaust? Besides all that and those survivors who are still alive today to tell the tale I'm not sure much more is needed.
