You don't have to assume, they did.

Sunday night the House passed a bill to continue to pay the troops regardless of what happens to the budget.

And with a hard day off yesterday the Senate isn't even going to convene until 2pm today.

The GOP already said they would fund everything the govt needed, EXCEPT money for Obamacare...which isn't ready to go and that a majority of people are NOT wanting!!!!

No.....the only reason he would come out looking good is because the media is his crisis condom.....they are his guard dogs! THEY will blame congress instead of Obama.

Actually the "intelligent" non-kool aid drinking public will blame both parties. Both of 'em have gotten us to where we are now by being more interested in power and votes than the interests of the country, you know, those people that actually pay them to sit there.

Well that is nice of them, I wonder if they added in a clause that would make their pay continue too.

Where else?? Why? Because he locked in for a second term.....AND the media could care less....and he knows it. So what if govt shuts down.....
If I am President Obama I don't say anything.

Look, the conservatives and Democrats in Congress and the President all agree the government has to be funded. This means eventually the government will get funded.

The Democrats in Congress should say nothing except, they will cast a vote to fully fund the government and aren't asking the conservative party to make concessions, why can't the conservative party do the same since everyone in Washington agrees the government has to be fully funded.

Correction: The majority of Americans do not want their health care costs to triple. That is what it is doing in our state. Obamacare will either be stopped or the cost of it will destroy this country.
