The veterans went there. How many were arrested?

LOL that's journalism?

You mushy headed low-information invisible man worshipping magic believing creationists need to get it through your heads. Shut down means shut down. It doesn't matter if there's a freaking "Lady's Association" in a park. The park is closed. Closed. Understand?

And you limp-wristed bed-wetters would go nuts if they closed down the food stamp program.

None, out of the kindness of law enforcement. Doesn't mean they weren't trespassing.

Yeah - Harrier is feeling real good about '14' and '16'.

just keep digging that hole Dems!
Three Wolves In Snow wants to know why Harrier keeps talking in the third person? Three Wolves In Snow does not understand.

As for the memorial, as been stated, it's nothing more than a childish temper tantrum by the Prezzz.

Are you serious? We're not talking about Yellowstone, which requires park rangers and security, etc. We're talking about open-air memorials, paid for with taxpayer money, that require nothing except perhaps a security guard/local police to monitor it every once in a while to make sure no one vandalizes it. The government is actually spending more money to keep people out than it costs normally. I can see all those lawyer staffers going through the law books to come up with something to justify their antics, but I don't buy it.

Yes there were, it's the National Mall. The memorial is not some independent park.

If you are referring to Mount Vernon, then it's you who doesn't understand. Mount Vernon Estate is privately owned by the Mount Vernon Ladies' Association. It receives no funding from the US government. The US government has no authority to close it or to interfere with it in any manner.

Classic liberal method. Attack with no facts--just name-calling and pettiness. It's why I left the Democratic party. They fancied themselves smarter and above anyone who wasn't a part of their clique.
