And why is it so hard for you to understand that obamacare is the law. Why would republicans try and negotiate a law and then blame it on the other side for not playing with them. And you talk about obama's scary tales. You obviously don't listen to conservative radio
I think the intolerance and militant attitude smacks of the Taliban, for sure.
It is all a matter of degree. Thankfully, they have not resorted to such measures yet. It is a slippery slope and a giant step backwards to the mentality of the Middle Ages. Where if someone disagreed with you, you could kill them, enslave them,or whatever. The American democratic model is built on the assumption that not all people will agree. Therefore, you need to respect a variety of views, and hope that good sense will prevail. Ideological zealots are the enemy of our way of life, which is based on the rational consensus that informed peoples will make reasonable decisions most of the time.

Since the Tea Party movement that opposes Obamacare makes Pol Pot look like Mr. Rodgers, perhaps you could give us some reasons why you support Congressional carve-outs and subsidies, selective exemptions, a delayed employer mandate and fines for involuntary part-time working people who cannot afford a policy.
If you support a delayed employer mandate, why don't you support a delayed individual mandate?
We should send that bill to the Senate Democrats and dock their pay until they sign it.
Failing that, the House and Senate can meet on the front steps and physically duke it out until one side wins. I'm sure Cruz can knock Reid flat with one punch, and I'm fairly confident that Boehner can take Pelosi, but that one might go several rounds...
