There are a couple more you can make.

It takes a lot of license to ignore the 1 and you can come close to making the F-word out of any number that happens to reside in the 318 grouping since by ignoring the 1 you automatically start with FU which just by itself can be used to represent the full spelling.

For example, 318-2874 would be FU Bush.

IMO it's either someone with a sense of humor at the phone company or much more likely the law of large numbers.

Won't work. Phone numbers have 7 digit extensions. You only show 6.

You're missing the number 1 (which doesn't have letters assigned to it) beween the F and the U. The prefix is 318 not 38.
