This is disturbing. Why are so many people having babies they can't support?

Yea I know a family who was on WIC, 18 years later they still got their hands out for freebies, even draining the 83 year old widowed father.

I have known so many who got assistance and all but one were on for years and refused to better themselves. I resented paying for them.

WIC is badly abused - right up there with the gift trees in the stores at Christmas. I've said it before and here I go again: we have way too many people riding the wagon and too few, who could, pulling the load.
