Former Qwest CEO says refusal to comply with NSA spying landed him in jail ? RT USA

"Nacchio told The Wall Street Journal that the NSA set up a meeting with him in February 2001 wherein he believed they would discuss potential government contracts. But he says the NSA instead asked him for permission to surveil Qwest customers. "

"...Nacchio was barred from using any evidence of potential retaliation in his defense, given that the material was considered classified..."

You cannot rate against the machine. That an did the right thing and has to pay. It is a beast of a system. No different that dr burzynski who is healing cancer. The FDA have raided their offices and dragged them to court multiple times. He was before the senate and all his healed patients. They still came against him.
The NSA will continue, and there is nothing we can do about it.

He was in jail because he defrauded investors along with 5 other execs for $3 billion.

He's already tried to play this off several times on things like problems with his son, and announcements of government contracts.

He's trying to get out of responsibility for his actions. There is nothing new with that. Many criminals try that. It shows a lack of a quality person to blame everyone else.
