No, but this is one instance where the Second comes in to play. This is exactly the type of tyranny the founders wanted to avoid, so they put all the stumbling blocks in to place that they could, including the Second Amendment. The Fourth Amendment also comes in to play here. The Sixth amendmebt also ties in.

She made no mention of Atheism, you made that flying leap of assumption. She said it was godless, meaning it did not fit her image of what a person or country that believes in God would do - not that this is what people who don't believe in God will do. There is a difference.
