From the first day of Obama's first term, they conspired to sabotage his Presidency. They brazenly and openly admitted that it was "their first priority". Their plan to "make him a one term President" obviously fell flat because they have had nothing to bring to the table by way of governing.

The presentation of personal opinion as bold fact, in the OP is quite entertaining. I had to reread it a couple times to figure out if it was actually meant to be serious. The worshipful and fawning language is just so over the top I couldn't believe it was meant to be serious. Serious sarcasm, maybe, but no, it's actually for real. Wow. Talk about a man crush. Hard to believe someone could devote themselves so completely to a politician.
I really didn't realize that President Obama's successful presidency would decimate the GOP like it has. His effectiveness, dignity, integrity, class, intellect, resolve, superior ideological views, and excellent administration, have caused the GOP to implode. The GOP has now begun to feed on itself, devastated by internal bleeding caused by their tea party contingent. Under the Bush years, the Republicans tried unsuccessfully to nation-build abroad, intent on "spreading democracy". Now that an incredible black man is running the country with such effectiveness, the bigoted GOP would rather destroy America's system of government than see his policies be implemented and proven successful. They would rather side with Russia's Putin rather than acknowledge the American President's enormous effectiveness abroad in causing change without submerging this country in unnecessary wars like his predecessor. They would rather deny health care to 20 million people rather than make the wealthiest pay their fair share. They care about a rising deficit and want to cut spending only when a Democrat is President. They are an embarrassment of historical proportions, simply because the current President has shown by his excellence while in office, that Republicans don't belong as a major political party. One wonders if they EVER deserved to be with their lousy record.
Republicans can't win in court. They can't win elections, only make them competitive by outspending their competitors, deceptive marketing, and promoting GOP-skewed polls. FOX News is a disgrace. Republicans decimated this country under Bush, and haven't done anything since but obstruct and hurt the country even more. More importantly, the changed/changing demographics have destroyed the GOP's chances to remain afloat, and they appear to be going under for the third and final time. They know this, which is why they are imploding, and making fools of themselves.
It's obvious that President Obama signals the end of the GOP. I say that it's about time.

No, I actually think the Treasury pays the bills and the house appropriates spending. IF the house refuses to pay for their spending, default results.

"Default" would be not servicing our bonds. This, of course, will not happen, even with a continued "government shutdown". Just more lies and distortion from the left, attempting to foment fear and chaos through misinformation and threats.
