Do you realize how many people need to sign up for the first year of ACA implementation for the program to be VIABLE???

The concern over the lack of sign ups isn't about doing due diligence. The concern over the lack of sign ups is about the success or failure of ACA in totality!

You seem to be willfully ignoring that people can spend some time signing up, and not sign up the first week or start getting penalties.

Where do you get your information that it cannot be enforced, and most people will pay the penalty?

Default WOW! O'Care is On Fire in Maryland. 326 people have enrolled! lol

Maryland Says It Has 326 Enrollees in Health Exchange - Washington Wire - WSJ

The state of Maryland says it has thousands of people interested in buying health insurance on its new state-run exchange, but only 326 so far have actually enrolled in new coverage.

lolol.

The site has been down pretty much like the Healthcare.gov site. Most people wont enroll until they have had time to look at all the options including getting insurance outside the exchange. My wife probably wont enroll until some time in December. We have as many as 27 plans to look at.

Why don't we just ask the Obama Administration of the actual number of people registered? Oh wait, we did and they won't tell us.
