If picket sings (which also aren't specifically mentioned in the Constitution) are appropriate tools for demonstrating, then there's no reason that a truck-tractor can't be.

There is no constitutional right allowing a truck to be used as a protest sign, and there is no law prohibiting a truck driver to drive his rig lawfully on the road.

The question the OP posted was that twitter "uncosntitutionally" cancelled the truckers account. there is no constitutional right to access to a privately run social media site.

Twitter and Facebook can ban accounts for whatever reason they want, they are not constitutionally bound.

"We the People" have spoken. It's the Tea Party and their sycophants in Congress who aren't listening.
I guess you haven't been keeping up with the news - two polls were released today that "we the people" rated Obama @ 37% approval and gave equal Blame to both Democrats & Republicans.

Turns out that a lot of "we the people" don't think much of the "I won't negotiate" and "cause as much PAIN as possible" strategy.

That same poll showed Congress with a 5% approval rating.
Nice try.

The real "pain" has always been in the District. It's not as flashy as the deliberate "pain" shown toward Veterans, the Fallen Military and the citizens that plan months in advance to visit US Parks that they mistakenly thought were "for the people"

The "real pain" is for the Federal workers that won't get their paychecks an wonder if they can pay the rent. The "real pain" is for the Citizens that live in the District, pay taxes and see their City services shut down. The MAJOR "real pain" is to the White House and the President and Mrs President that have to cancel their Parties, their planned Trips to Bali and Hollywood and forced to give up the Golf games -- because the Travel Office is shut down and the "optics" are "bad".

Boo Hoo

Default Dear Lord, this is getting funnier by the minute

So Earl Conlon is no longer a spokesperson for the truckers, apparently because he still partially operates in the same universe as the rest of humanity.

Instead they got themselves a spokeslady called Zeeda Andrews, who is nuttier than an entire Costco trail mix aisle. She went on Fox to explain the truckers' stance, such as it is. So a little digging was done, and - well...

She's a Truther, apparentæy a Chemtrail believer, a fan of the David Icke "the world is run by reptilians" hypothesis and apparently believes that Osama bin Laden and President Obama is the same person - which amounts to inventing an entirely new way of being utterly crazy.

I shouldn't find this funny, but I find my entertainment impossible to suppress.
