Precisely ..MOST only wish for the best for others..instead of blaming/ridiculing ...Some Just complain because they can..which has nothing to do with what majority truly wish for others..
It's a shame such "Thin Skinned Types" even get such a stage to opine about how THEY are so wronged and blame anyone who happens to feel happy or blessed!! These types are a very small sub-set..BUT somehow seem to get a Full court stage
Being hateful and dismissing another's rights seems to the "Thin Skinned" ones constant agenda..and have read this constantly.. I on the contrary continue to believe the majority are NOT of this mindset .. Decision of 2116 vote will become clear in the next few years... Enjoy Politics for the next 2-4 years.. Unfortunately, I'm not optimistic..But again "Wonders Never Cease" ??????
Well, it is almost that time of the year again. People working in departments stores are instructed to say “Happy Holidays” instead of "Merry Christmas."
Well, yeah, Christmas is a religious holiday, but these days many people that are from other religions celebrate Christmas as well more as a holiday since its a large tradition in this country.
I wonder do you feel pressured or obligated to say "Happy Holiday" instead of "Merry Christmas"?
I say Merry Christmas because that is what I celebrate. I have been greeted with Happy Hanukkah on many occasions and find it as a symbol of respect as that is the holiday that is important to them. I am just thankful that others would take the time to wish me well.
I was @ salvation army the other day and some lady said "HAPPY HOLIDAYS" to me instead of Merry christmas.... Maybe she didnt know what I celebrated I dunno.....
I lived in Thailand for a couple of years and today is the old king's birthday (he died recently). Happy Old King's Birthday. (It was a holiday over there!)
Hell, no. I feel morally obligated to say "Merry Christmas," because this is America, and in America we celebrate Christmas. Even though I am not a christian; it's still what the holiday is.
Mm.... so how do you feel about "inshallah,' or even an "allahu ahkbar?" Not to be a dick, nut I assume you mean something short of that.
"Allahu akbar" is not a holiday.
