That's what I was referring to, when people are outside they're buried in their "device of choice." Just so annoying. Especially when they walk into you unknowingly, or into fountains, or walls, or signs. Or get hit by a car.

Travel towards downtown in this Google link.
Pass the Time Out Pub on the right.
Keep clicking till you pass the next intersection.
Keep clicking down the street.
When you see the Rock City Café and Orient Street on the left, check out the sky in all directions.

Those are contrails? In Camden, Maine? Seriously?

Do you think passenger jets don't fly over Maine?

Don't most planes from Europe that are headed to the northeast fly over Maine generally?
They always use Bangor whenever a suspected terrorist trys to do something like light his shoes or panties.

That sky looks weird. That's all I'm saying. Passenger jets or no passenger jets.

I've never seen a sky like that and I live in a city where there's plenty more "passenger jet" travel than up in Maine.

At times when the atmospheric conditions are right contrails can last several hours...Contrails are made up of frozen ice crystals, ( it is usually less than -40 that high) not water vapor...If there is little moisture in the air the they will disappear quickly and if there is a lot of moisture they last for hours,

Okay, that makes sense. I've never ever seen a sky like that around here. Wonder why.

Most of those airplanes look like they are crashing into each other - how come we haven't heard anything about this on the MSM?

In toodies defense, (even though I do not support the conspiracy behind contrails), the skies in Camden, (or Rockland), do NOT look like that normally, no matter what planes may or may not fly over Maine. I had to drive through this town twice a day, every day, for six months. Not once did it ever look like this.

It's definitely interesting, but certainly not anything to be alarmed about.
