Guess what?
Welcome to the world of bait & switch.

The whole deal with this, was to insure the 30 million without insurance.
Well guess what. Those same 30 million will still have no insurance.
They will be fined! They still won't have insurance.

Once the fines start, the proof of harm that the Supreme Court says has yet to occur, will be established, for the fine to be unconstitutional.
As of right now, no fines have been issued and no harm to an individual has occurred.

Makes you wonder why this was not enforceable law, as soon as it was signed by the president, then 3 years of marketing, to sell it to the people. People that were all for it and sold on the marketing, have now learned they got the bait & switch.

Its supposed to be affordable healthcare not free healthcare. If it ends up not being affordable it wont be around long.
You can now go to the site and decide for yourself whether the plan is or isnt an improvement over what you have now.

How is this a "tax", paid to the federal government, placed on the people, when only a select few are going to be paying the tax and not the entire population equally? Sounds more like a fine for not purchasing adequate insurance.

The court has already ruled on the constitutionality of imposing a fine/penalty for not participating in ACA.

The thing is, I believe a lot of people out there really do believe that they are going to get free healthcare. Have we forgotten about those who thought his Royal Arrogance was going to pay for their house and gas for their car?

No, it will be a largely DIFFERENT group that doesn't have insurance. It will be DEMOCRAT voters that get subsidies and be paid for GOP voters, by and large, who are the ones to bear the tax burden without the financial resources to pay for their own and someone else's generosity.

And you have admitted repeatedly, that you let men in robes read and think for you.

How are the increased premiums "more affordable"?

Don't ask him. He only knows what men in robes tell him to think.
