We all get sick and die eventually, but what's the average spent on health care for the top and bottom 20% of the people in terms of health, spread over a life time?
If the health care costs were calculated for the least healthy 20%, are we a wealthy enough nation to do our best to keep them alive for as long as reasonably possible?
