No one cares what you think about our party. You and the media are just happy with the establishment, because you know they have no values but their own self serving elitism.
Laura, you're right. They're frauds. Plenty in the House too, people like Pete King. Cowardly frauds who wouldnt know what Conservatism is if it hit them upside the head.
The people who caused the problems we face are not Conservatives. They are establishment GOP and liberals. Until we get the only ones in this country that want to right the ship, Conservatives, this country is screwed.

We know who forced the shutdown and the so-called "brink of default" (which it wasn't).
If the Democrats and Barrack Obama would have been willing to negotiate in good faith, none of that would have happened. But they would not negotiate (and they repeatedly said so), so they are to blame, and we all know it. But why rehash old news? You got what you wanted.
I hope your insurance premiums tripple, and you can't make your car or mortgage payments and face real default. You deserve that.

We do know who won the shutdown battle, but I don't get my news from the Daily Currant, so I know who actually won it. Also the Democrat victory is what has opened up negotiations because that was the whole point of ending the shutdown. Oh and I hope your insurance premiums go up 10X.

Sad that, after all the RWNJ fringe tapdance that a clean funding bill was passed and the debt ceiling was raised? Something that could have been done with a simple vote over two weeks ago. Boehner lacked the sack to even bring it to a vote. These are the people you're proud of?
A lot of hard working people didn't get a paycheck because of Ted Cruz and the loons of his ilk. And before you mock, try living without a paycheck for over two weeks and see how you like it. My guess? not much.

Let's be clear: The "nut jobs" are not the conservative wing of the Republican Party, who are the Reagan conservatives. The nut jobs are the Democrats, far left Marxist/socialists (who call themselves "progressive"), and all their followers (like yourself) who are either clueless about their real agenda, or subscribe to it. And who failed to bring a single bill to a vote, which would fund government and get it reopened, dragging the entire debacle out for several weeks? Harry Reid. That's who. Harry Reid with his "my way or no way" attitude.

Dude, Ted Cruz has already come out on top. He raised 1.2 million dollars for his campaign. He has never been more popular in the tea party universe, and is on track to win the republican nomination.
In regards to the rest of the party, its a disaster right now.

Ah, I believe that the poster meant "The Daily Currant", which confused you due to the 'e' being substituted for the 'a'. It is a natural mistake. One could easily say "I have never, ever, heard of The Daily Current", whereas if the poster had written "The Daily Currant" you would, of course, have admitted to having read that 'newspaper'.
