If problems keep occurring she is going to get chopped within a couple weeks IMO.

Personally, I think that's unfortunate (I voted for her the last time she ran for gov. of KS) as I think she's pretty good but someone's got to fall on their sword to deflect blame.

What do you think?
Remember when those "scandals" broke and conservatives were certain, high level officials would be fired?

conservatives have this feed back loop which makes things appear worse to them than it does to the vast majority of people. It makes it seem like everyone knows this is a disaster and blah, blah, blah.

Think about all the controversies conservative media has hyped in the last 4+, The black panther thing was huge for conservatives, where is it now gone.

Fast and Furious was huge for conservatives, where is it now gone.

Solyandra was huge for conservatives, where is it now gone.

The shooting at fort hood was huge for conservatives, where is it now gone

Benghazi, gone.

IRS thing, gone.

The Administration not paying death benefits to soldiers, and closing the WWII memorial gone.

Death panels, gone

conservatives live in this fantasy world where they work themselves up and to some extent the media up over these things and then the general public ignores the fake story which only makes them more determined to make the next fake controversy stick.

I don't know the future, but I do know not to trust conservative media about these fake controversies.

Every thing that has been revealed about people losing their policies was reported and admitted by the administration 3 years ago. There is no scoop, there is no controversy.

The only fair criticism is the disastrous and expensive rollout of the website, and maybe Sebelius had something to do with the oversight of the building of the website, but my guess is she doesn't have the expertise and as long as the website gets fixed, that won't matter at either.

She just said the President was ultimately responsible for government programs. That should speed up her time of death.

She probably took the employee handbook, took one look at it, and said' "That's just not for me."

And it was all good.
YOu seem to forget that she works for us the people, and failing to tell US the truth would be reason for her to be fired. It is absolutely wrong and unethical for her to be fired for, told not to, or in any prohibited from telling the public EXACTLY what is going on, as her obligation is to US, not the politicians.

So what is your prediction? She will not get scapegoated?

They were really tearing into Obama's promises about "you will get to keep your policies. Period." This morning on my drive to work. Of course, according to you that must mean that NPR is conservative media?

If you take off your partisan rant hat you might realize that sometimes when political heat just gets to be too much, someone gets jetisoned.

She seems like a nice person who was just completely buffaloed by the administration and was out of the loop. But if she wasn't on top of things, and she seemed to be in way over her head, even if she personally wasn't involved in the chicanery and mismanagement, she is still responsible. Still, I'm more inclined to be lenient with a well meaning honest incompetent fool than somebody that is out to screw the country.
She'll get thrown under the bus. But she'll be paid off down the road with another job.

I have no prediction. Other than that conservatives are in a fantasyland and I don't trust any of their predictions about anything.

I'd probably wager they are wrong. just like the polls were skewed and M. Rmoney was going to win the election when just about every polled show he was going to lose convincingly. conservatives either had Rmoney winning big or eking out a victory or eking out a lose. Hardly any of them had reality reflected in their analysis.

To me that is damning, letting one's wishes and dreams cloud out poll results is the hall mark of conservative fantasyland

It is the same media that were convinced a government shutdown was a political winner for conservatives, that President Obama's poll numbers were tanking(off of one poll) that both sides were being equally blamed(a reality reflected in zero polls), and that conservatives wouldnt cave.

Versus the real world President Obama ratings are the same, Obamacare is more popular and the conservative party is in the crapper.
conservatives lie to themselves a lot.

So again when you listen to conservative media or politicians understand you are listening to people who are in a fantasy world who let their hopes and dreams overtake rationality.

In terms of the you can keep you insurance thing, this was covered by the media 3 years ago. There are press releases from the Administration saying that a lot of these insurance companies who would have been grandfathered in, violated the rules to be grandfathered in and thus are offering their customers worse insurance policies that won't meet the standards and thus a lot of policies will expire. Look it up.

The vast majority of people will come out ahead. They'll get cheaper policies with better coverage, and a some will get more expensive policies with better coverage. It is going no where.

I know you think it is. I know conservatives hope it is, but it is probably not.

It was a very "Baghdad Bob" moment when she was standing in front of congress saying "it's working" while a live shot in the split screen showed this:

Obama does not hire "nice people" to work for him. He wants loyal people who will be the thugs he needs to force everyone else to go along.

Sebelius will throw the contractors under the bus, but she'll probably make the CMS Chief Operating Officer, Marilyn Tavenner, who also blamed the contractors, the sacrificial lamb.

Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) : Open Government at HHS

There is no way that website is going to be fixed by November 30. No way, no how, even if these two women work their little slave contractors 24/7 for the next month.
