why stop there? Why don't we also terminate all babies with defects at birth, and throw in other stipulations with the application such as height, athletic ability, IQ and attractiveness. After that if they wish to keep living They must prove they can still serve a purpose with a typing, house keeping, and oral sex evaluation.
Also, lets do away with minorities too..........

Who would pay for the vasectomy? After successful pregnancy, does the man need to go back and get another vasectomy? If the vasectomy failed, is the government responsible for child support? If the vasectomy could not be reversed would the government be liable? What if the man had an underlying fertility problem who is responsible for medical treatments? /end sarcasm
