New law: Every newborn boy must undergo a vasectomy. If he wants to have a kid later in life, he has to fill out an application and undergo a background check that looks at his criminal history, tax returns and determines that he is fit to be a father. Then he can be approved to get his vasectomy reversed.
99% of the problems in the country would be solved.
why stop there? Why don't we also terminate all babies with defects at birth, and throw in other stipulations with the application such as height, athletic ability, IQ and attractiveness. Also, women should be regularly screened for weight, mental health and obedience issues until the age of 30. After that if they wish to keep living They must prove they can still serve a purpose with a typing, house keeping, and oral sex evaluation.
Also, lets do away with minorities too..........

I think you're on to something special here!
I'm not sure it's possible to get more offensive than this post on here.
Who would pay for the vasectomy? After successful pregnancy, does the man need to go back and get another vasectomy? If the vasectomy failed, is the government responsible for child support? If the vasectomy could not be reversed would the government be liable? What if the man had an underlying fertility problem who is responsible for medical treatments? /end sarcasm

Now if only we could find a solution to the problem of banned members who keep coming back under new profiles and spewing nonsense....
