LOL. He's the architect of Romneycare, which is of course the same as Obamacare. I know you cons love to pretend that Obamacare is some socialist plot, but the fact is that it's a GOP product. And you guys keep proving it yourselves without even realizing it. Gotta love it.
Speaking for myself, I don't particularly know how close it is or isn't to Romneycare in MA because I don't know much about Romneycare. Further it doesn't really matter: the ACA is a bad law on its own merits and flaws, and whether it did or didn't take inspiration in parts from something a Republican implemented in one of the states doesn't change that.
Edit: to address the OP, looking at access and assuming that everyone without health insurance wants to be forced to buy it isn't right, and even beyond that it's lying with numbers. If you define "benefit" and "harm" in an artificial way so as to specifically exclude the harm to people on Medicare, taxpayers, people paying higher rates for individual insurance, and people with employer-provided healthcare (paying new taxes on it) - who together compromise the great bulk of the population, yeah you might get the result you want but it's deviating from reality enough to make the analysis pointless.
Heck the only real pieces of meaningful information you can draw from the pie chart are that 6% of the population will lose their current coverage and 14% are uninsured. Which isn't enough in isolation to either support or condemn the law, even if the creator used dishonest framing to attempt to do so.

Not according to the Obamacare website, but then again who knows if that was correct. Based on income I outside of the range for a family of 5 to qualify.[/quote]
1. No you aren't. Taxes were raised on people that don't buy insurance, make more than $200K, make more than $400K, and companies with more than 50 employees that end up paying a fine. As well as a myriad of other taxes that have nothing to do with you.
People who pay taxes are paying for those who get subsidies, how hard is that to understand?
Well at least he can be grateful not to have his job cut to part time as all on the right said was going to happen to everyone once The ACA became effective...
Nobody on the right said that all employers would do it, they simply said that many would and there are tens of thousands of people across the country who are examples of it happening. Don't act like it's not happening, it's documented and proven.

Romneycare is not the same as Obamacare, Romney care is a statewide healthcare program that was actually voted in with support of it's residents. You can't compare a statewide program to a federal gov. run program, not if you're honest and intelligent at least.
None of this will make a dent in the RWNJs' hatred.
Like Mark Twain once said, "No amount of evidence will ever convince an idiot."
