DEAR GOD, please use google before you post anything.

Denver is indeed the capital of Colorado and none of the things you just said are in violation of the Constitution.

You sure as beck should sue a teacher who taught that Boulder is the capital of CO. Boulder is the county seat of Boulder County, period.

Yes, you should. I think Denver may be the only Capital that state has ever had too, so your teacher made a huge flub.

If the laws passing in Colorado were against the constitution, then they would be thrown out, they have not been.

You being personally against something does not make it unconstitutional. That is something people on all sides of the political spectrum need to learn.

I understand you dont like the laws, but that doesnt make them unconstitutional. When ever it goes to court this will all be settled, but im guessing the lawyers that will argue these cases know far more than either of us.

2nd amendment is pretty clear to me. SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED...I mean what's so hard to understand about that? I guess the politicians in Colorado just thought since the state went blue they could get away with it. Its nice to see they were wrong. Already threw 2 of the anti gun nutters out. A 3rd may be on her way.

So how much do you even know about Colorado?

Also, have you never seen an election in this country? The majority vote always wins the election (in the case of the presidential election, the one with the majority of the electoral votes wins.)

Since then the Red Sox have won three World Series.
