A doctor should be treated like any other professional... free to sell services at their own discretion. The government has no right to insist that they take any patient, especially one where they receive delayed and/or below market compensation.
Why should I not get treatment and or have to pay skyrocket costs because this person chose that profession ? I dont think so .. they chose that profession not me and I refuse to pay higher rates because that person chose this profession .

If you're a doctor you have a license from the state that enables you to make more money than people in almost any other occupation. For a doctor to refuse Medicare or Medicaid patients is just immoral.

Everybody wants something for free, and there is always a politician ready to cater to that greed in exchange for a tarnished vote.
Physicians don't get awarded a license and their skills. They make sacrifices and put in tremendous effort to EARN them.
So let's try to do some real math for a change instead of using the Venezuelan spoutings of the pimp in the white house. Together we can find out what is really going on!
So how much to physicians contribute to the total cost of our medical care?
General practitioners in the U.S. earn more than general practitioners in any other country, with an average of $161,000 annually according to a 2011 article in the New York Times. General practitioner salaries vary widely among other countries, from $118,000 in the United Kingdom to $91,000 in Australia to $66,000 in Sweden to only $21,000 in Mexico. The average salary for general practitioners worldwide is $83,000, considerably less than the average in the U.S.
Specialist Salaries
Specialists earn more, of course. Those in the Netherlands earn the most at $253,000, while specialists in the U.S. earn an average of $230,000. Averages vary from country to country, from $150,000 in the United Kingdom to $91,000 in Denmark to $67,000 in Greece to only $25,000 in Mexico. The average salary for specialist physicians worldwide is $113,000.
Total U.S. physicians’ salaries comprised 8.6 percent of the nation’s total healthcare costs. Of the western nations with modern healthcare systems, only Sweden devoted less money to physician salaries than the U.S, at a portion of 8.5 percent.
In contrast, Jackson researchers found physician compensation to represent about 15 percent of total healthcare expenditure in Germany, 11 percent in France and 11.6 percent in Australia. In the United Kingdom, physician payment constituted 9.7 percent of the total healthcare costs.
So if we made doctors work for free, we could enslave them like the Soviets of old, we could save a whopping 9.2% off our medical bills.
Instead of paying that whopping $1,200/month ObamaCare premium we could cut that back by $110.40 paying only $1,089.60!
But if we cut their salaries in half we would only be saving $55.20/month out of a $1,200 premium.
In case you haven't figured it out yet doctors don't add that much to our health costs.
Is $161,000 really a lot of money? It's a good living but I wouldn't call it a lot of money .

And if you're arrested, that highly paid lawyer should represent you for free or for minimum wage, right? How dare they and the doctors who spend many more years in college and on then job learning the skills necessary to do their jobs have the temerity to think they should be paid and profit from practicing professions they chose. Why, for that matter, soldiers who volunteer to put their lives on the line for you should actually pay you for the privilege of doing so.
Say, you wouldn't happen to be the woman with 15 children who says that when it comes down to it and they have no food, clothing or shelter, "Someone needs to be held accountable. Someone needs to pay!" would you?
