What you say is so true! Much better to let these young slackers go without insurance. Afterall, if they get sick, or in an accident, you and I and all the other tax payers will pay for their emergency room visit and any subsequent care they need, like we've always done before!
Let's celebrate the lack of responsibility in the young and our desire to pay their way!!!
Even with that the rise in premiums was a lot lower than the 93.7% increase I got this year.
Honestly..wait for the WH report. They will show you that everyone is signing up.
While the data won't be made public the WH will put together a report for you.
I'll wager signup goes as high as 80% if not more.
Sebelius herself testified in Congress this week that the numbers being released next week will be "very low".
I'm very much hoping that Obama doubles down and starts muttering Single Payer, especially right before Nov 2014, thinking that the general public wants it.
Are you going to force us to buy long term care insurance next?
That plan to offer LTC insurance was cancelled due to lack of interest. It was supposed to be a source of revenue for Obamacare. So far we lost that revenue, delayed revenue as business mandate was delayed a year, and the $63 per capita tax on self funded plans was delayed a year. These entities account for over 90 percent of all health insurance policies sold in the country.
Yet they can't delay the "insignificant" number of people who were insured and had their policies cancelled because of the Obamacare mandates.
As I posted on another thread more are loosing ins than signing up for obamacare, this won't work.It can't work
