Nobody can make any law that isn't supported by both houses especially when it then goes to the Supreme Court for extra verification. It makes not one bit of difference if the entire populace didn't like it. If those entities say it were the law of the land, then it would be. We as citizens can ***** and moan, gripe, petition and vote. Those are our options.
So obey unjust laws, and submit to tyranny...just breath taking the level of stupidity of moonbats.

My guess is that we are disobeying or obeying laws all the time that have not been taken off the books. Their are thousands and thousands and more thousands of laws created constantly by local, state and federal law,
And most of us go about our daily lives completly unaware that anything is going on outside our own field of vision. We are not submitting to tyranny, otherwise we would have been in a world of hurt during the last administration with dick and rummy at the helm! Unless we are the non law abiding type of person, or anarchist, or someone who makes a life out of defying any authority from parents to teachers to cops et al, we don't run a foul of laws that we find just or unjust. Unjust laws are pretty much your point of view anyway, not truly unjust. The whole, I hate government movement is just ridiculous anyway. Just keep building your doomsday shelters, arm yourself to the teeth, load up with water bottles and stay out of society.....then you won't have to worry about the world going on without you.

Being a socialist is not aginst the constitution first of all. Even calling for a revolt isn't against the law. but doing anything to further it is; called conspiracy .Personally I have always been for revolution thru the voting booth.That is because I believe in democracy and the process of actually allowing voters to decide instead of some radical group against the will of the major. Some in both parties want the other to get out of the way and be eliminated. I like both to get I the way and question what each is doing; less backroom government the better :IMO.

Are you aware the US government has the most sophisticated, well financed, best trained, most elite fighting machine on the ENTIRE PLANET. The original civil war would go in history as the "easy" war, if another one happened in this country. You don't have enough arms, people, supplies to possibly do more than kill some innocents before you would have the wrath of our fantastic, enormous brigade down on you like ......on .......! Keep dreaming doomsayers. These are movies running in your little heads, not reality.
Complete strangers start up conversation in the stores and they bring up Obama and they are mad as hell.. I don't bring up politics at all.. it is amazing to me how many people are so angry they talk to me a complete stranger about this government and this president. They all say , they don't like what is going on and we are headed in the wrong direction. America is changing and they are mad and they don't like it.
Last fellow started the conversation talking about the stores being empty of people and how the economy is bad. Then how Obama is such a liar and deceiver and anti-American. And they are all very angry!
I believe their anger will grow as they don't like liberal media and want more of a voice.. that is why they speak to me .. something may one day cause a revolt.. the anger is growing.
