I don't know how effective a health regime it is, but there are a whole lot of old people that might need a free ride may not be able...maybe that is the real excersize?

Why do they need a free ride? Perhaps they can volunteer on the subway service for a "free" ride?

The young people earned their free ride. What will the old people do to do this?
