Get a grip tea party. Your idea of "civil disobedience" is being laughed at by every 60's Boomer who told Lyndon Johnson and Richard Nixon to shove it up their..... you know. (Californians get to include Ronald Reagan on their list.)

He even says, "I'm not bringing any 'invasive' fruit into California." So he acknowledges a legitimate issue for the existence of the checkpoint; he appears to understand why the checkpoint is there. But he's more concerned with acting like a complete jerk to make a stupid point. Then he says that lady was belligerent. No man, that was YOU. Then he says he's not going to listen to a diatribe. YOU were the only one giving a diatribe. Some serious projection issues with this loser.

Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the tea party.

(I went thru one of these checkpoints a long time ago, so I don't remember exactly. But they do not immediately search your car; they just ask a few questions. Maybe you get searched if they're suspicious, but our car certainly wasn't searched.)
You would not know a patriot if he sat on your face.
Just because the liberal sissies are more than willing to sacrifice every single right guaranteed by the Constitution in order to form a socialist tyranny where you lick the boots of your government masters, does not mean true patriots have to bow down.

The fact is the man called the bluff of the illegal stop, and the kangaroo cops, and you socialists cannot stand it. LOL

Nope, they are applauding; they never did buy into the establishment. You on the other hand have boot licker stains all over your tongue. LOL

If it's illegal, then why did he stop? Why didn't he just drive right thru? Because he's a bleeping coward, that's why. And by all means, round up your conserva-wacko nihilist buddies and just tell them not to stop at the checkpoints. Do it all at once. I would pay to see that.

I was going to give you some free advice. Which would have been "Stop. Just stop because you're embarrassing yourself." But WTH. I'm for freedom of speech.

Keep it up! It's great fun watching y'all prove you don't have a clue. And it's quite exciting to know you'll continue to split the conservative vote.

Thomas Jefferson's right...everyone should be like the guy in the video. Unfortunately too many people have the attitude that if the inconvenience is just a minor one it's OK. Sooo wrong. It's NEVER OK. If you give them an inch they'll take a mile....I think it was Abe Lincoln who said "He who's willing to give up liberty for security deserves neither liberty nor security".
I think it's a sad shame that people see this guy as a trouble maker, but then I guess they also believe Thomas Jefferson, and Abe Lincoln were trouble makers too.

EXACTLY! But let's remember that it's the liberal politicians in SF that turned the water off in the first place. My in-laws own Walnut farms in Visalia/Exeter and they know first hand what the water squeeze has done.

People have no idea how bad the SJ Valley is right now. It's turning back into desert because of NoCali bureaucrats.

This is no different than the transformation of Germany after they went off the gold standard, which led to the hyperinflation (Weimar Republic) of the mid 20s. We are doing exactly the same thing. Our leadership is abandoning the core principles of the founding fathers, creating racial and class division, fomenting envy, while reinforcing it all as some sort of twisted patriotism.

These are the same globalist bankers doing to the US what they did to Germany 90 years ago.

Wrong. 80-85% of all managed California water goes to agriculture. Only 10% goes to cities.

That's not true ...it's not ever funny when someones constitutional rights are being negated, or sluffed off like they're worth nothing...more like scary.

So, if it's sooo easy to just say no, and they won't check anyways...why bother at all?..that makes it even more blatant that it's all for naught, except to inconvenience, and infringe on peoples rights.
