Haha. The more you dig, the more ignorance you will uncover! As I said earlier, people like them just believe whatever their (often ill-informed) Pastor tells them... and you wouldn't believe some of the nonsense I've heard over the years.
I'm no Biblical scholar, but my 10 years of Sunday School, 4 years of Hebrew School, Bat-Mitzvah, and Aliyah to Israel, have apparently taught me WAY more than sitting in a church pew for xx years. At the very least, I know what the supposedly "original" words say - instead of relying on some translated version, which has been edited umpteen times.

Let's review:
Marriage between two consenting, unrelated adults: Legal.
Raping your children or offering them up to be raped: Not legal. Never will be. Kinda gross that it's in the bible so many times.
Speaking of Lot, Taratova's angry God, apparently SOOOOO upset with sexual deviancy, saved Lot and his family, the supposed only "good guys" left in town.... and then soon after his daughters incest-raped Lot and had incest babies with him.
Oh yeah, and Lot was saved even AFTER he offered his DAUGHTERS to be gang raped by the angry mob of Sodom. Clearly God had no problem with that solution.
So yeah, that's some GREAT evidence that the sin of Sodom was sex related!
