That's only true if government intends to obey the law, including the Constitution.

So why do you bother bringing it up in a discussion of the Obama administration?

These people have repeatedly demonstrated they will do anything they can get away with, to promote their agendas and legislate against the will of the people.

Things have deteriorated to the point where anything illegal they do, is OUR fault... for letting them get away with it.

Prove to me that Obama is causing a Constitutional Crisis, I mean, cite the relevant laws. Until then, I'll just chalk this kind of crap up as, well, crap.

Frigging youtube... priceless.

The process starts in Congress, not directly from a Kings desk.

By him thinking this is his law with his name on it, only he and he alone, can modify it how he wishes.
Unintended consequences and all that, because he cannot see past his nose.
What is he doing specifically that you think he can't be able to do?

This administration as well as those before this one, changed laws on the fly without congress.

Laws are changed daily and new laws made without congress, through all the alphabet agencies the presidents administration directs.

That is where we need to focus most of our efforts to stop the by-passing of congress and the people.

A regulation is not a law.

Line-item veto has been ruled unconstitutional.

Yes it has. Has Obama preformed a line item veto or are you just stating a random fact?
