The State Dept. is allowing Russia to build GPS stations in the US against advice from Pentagon because Obama wants to make nice with Putin? Putin is laughing in his face! And ours!

You will note that a final decision has yet to be made. Hopefully, the Pentagon's objection will prevail, if for no other reason than we (USA) do not have such GPS stations in Russia.

B-b-b-but… but … Putin is so AWESOME, the CD cons tell me. Shouldn't we all be bowing down before his martial-arts-expert, bare-chested, horseback-riding self? Because those things are SUCH good indications of character.
