Seems his tactic was nicely countered by your tactic. So it's a wash.

In what way? You can't even explain that.

No I do NOT hate Christians. Most of my friends are church-going Christians, I myself sometimes enjoy attending Christian services in churches, and I only feel sorry that Christmas and Easter have been commercialized which detracts from observing the birth and resurrection of Jesus Christ. My two favorite hymns are "Jerusalem" by Parry and "A Mighty Fortress" by Martin Luther.

However, Christianity is not my religion, nor the religion of my parents, nor the religion of my extended family, nor the religion of my ancestors. I think it is wrong to force school kids - CHILDREN! - of other religions to say prayers to your god.

BTW, I love baseball. When I was a little kid I idolized Roger Maris, Mickey Mantle, Joe DiMaggio, Whitey Ford, Sandy Koufax, Hank Greenberg ... but most of all the tragic Lou Gehrig. Now I'm a Phillies "Phan" even though nowadays they're a bunch of bums!

Are your complaining about the Pledge of Allegiance, God Bless America or the Star Spangled Banner?

Do you have a problem with Muslim kids being allowed to pray in public schools?

Why would Clark Park have a problem with a Muslim kid - or a Jewish kid, or a Christian kid, or a Buddhist kid - praying in a public school?

His problem (and mine) is with the government forcing kids to pray or leading them in prayer.
