Are you also interested in conservative policies that aided in the destruction of America?
Maybe like the regulations that were fought against tooth and nail on collateralized debt obligations, credit default swaps, and other derivatives with regards to their impact on the recession.
You need to read the book, The Great Deformation by David A. Stockman.
You will see who really destroyed America.
As long as you are loyal to one party and follow them even if they are right or wrong you will never know the truth.

I've read several books on the recession from the right/libertarian side of the aisle and they all harp the same tone...artificially low interest and inverted yield curves, Greenspan push, federal housing policy, and affordable housing projects.
Is this book any different?
Here's the hitch though....everyone who writes a book professes to have the "truth" regarding the causes.
Liberals opposed segregation, the civil rights act and the voting rights act. It is the heritage of the democrat party that most liberals always ignore, or just rewrite.
What good things have liberals done? The inception of the EPA actually helped clean up America. This, however, has turned into a destructive monster whose benefit has been eclipsed by the damage done to US industry.
Liberals have helped to :
destroy the two parent family via WIC and welfare
destroyed the moral base of America by attacking religion
promoted a destructive and virulent drug culture
advanced "the women's movement" to take women away from child rearing and teaching - two of the most important "jobs in society.
promoted sex and violence in the media and film
promoted dependency and lethargy via welfare, medicaid and subsidized housing
advanced the agenda of the trial lawyer's association
destroyed the middle class via NAFTA and China trade policy

While the "women's movement" is important to women and certainly had a positive affect on them you are right about it being detrimental to our society as a whole. The women doctors, scientists and business leaders of today were yesteryear's teachers becsue it was one of the only professions available to them. The quality of the teachers today on average could never compete with that. I wouldn't suggest returning to that even if we could becsue it's not fair to women but it is a valid point.
Just look at the incarceration rates of African Americans in the early 1900's compared to today.
Their idiocy has destroyed the Black American in this country. All the equality and rights would have happened in time, without the family wrecking welfare programs.
The black people would have figured it out on their own, they didn't need these idiotic, liberal do gooders to stick their beaks in their lives.
