Unless they're Democrats. Then it's perfectly fine to cheat on your wife and then lie under oath about it.

His affair was with Diahann Carroll...in the early 60s when she was the best damn looking woman on the planet...let alone Hollywood.

On that alone he gets a pass. I mean a young Diahann Carroll FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!

Yeah...no way am I passing that up regardless of how married I am. Lol..

Sidney's a good man, but he's in his 80s and retired nowadays.

Fun fact, Sidney Poitier has served as Ambassador of The Bahamas to Japan since 1997... That sounds like a great gig.

My aunt met Sidney Poitier once, said he was a really nice guy. Just a class act. What's this thread about again?

A quick summary: 1) The far-right hates the fact that we are a nation of laws. 2) The far-right doesn't like it when women, liberals, and/or celebrities use the First Amendment.

Oh, and 3) They REALLY hate the fact that they don't get to tell everyone what they should do (those pesky laws - such a nuisance when you want to deny women control over their bodies) so they make a lot of noise and say rude things about women, liberals and/or celebrities who say things they don't like.

Not really, closing clinics because the doctor Don't have hospital admitting privileges is protection for the women, especially when so many have had their bowels perforated and other horrible things happening in these clinics that have no oversight at all.

Nail salons have more rules and inspections than abortion clinics have.
