But, before you get excited in either direction, keep in mind CBS polled adults who answered the phone not voters or likely voters. I'm not seeing this reflected in the 2014 elections. I understand it's more expensive to poll voters/likely voters.

Hillary has plenty of time to rise and campaign that she will fix all that is wrong.
