It takes an amendment, not statutory law legislated in DC or in any state, to change the intent of the god given right, We the People declared.
The fundamental Amendment that protects all the others.

We The People, declared the rights given to us all, by our creator. Specifically, the right to protect ourselves as individuals, against all forms of oppression.
