Yeah..how will you explain this one away?

Gun control is not a debate, it is a question one with a louder and louder no with and from the American people.

As for education...School Vouchers, Chatter Schools and the free market are leading the way...not indoctrination.

We need gun policy reform in this country as badly as England needed religious reform in the 1500's.

They pulled themselves out of their dark ages, will we be able to do it?

Yeah its not "Gun Policy Reform" Its Gun Control, changing the name does nothing..

It will not pass at the federal level, and most states where it has passed it is being fought in the courts where it will be struck down as it should be...

Not as long as we have anti gun zealots as crazy as any crusader who refuse to face fact and try to pass legislation based on emotion.

Well, I did invite you to spin it … :roll eyes:

Sad that you actually believe a wall of crapola text will disguise the fact that there are gun lovers out there who want their fellow citizens to be gunned down.

Keep it up. In the end, your own behavior and sociopathy will be a win for people of good will and humanity.

Furthermore that is all you side is based on, emotions and feels, virtue can not stand against cold hard facts..

Sociopathy commonly refers to conditions similar to or synonymous with the following:

Antisocial personality disorder

There is a pervasive pattern of disregard for and violation of the rights of others occurring since age 15 years, as indicated by three or more of the following::

Lets compare them to those who support gun control.

failure to conform to social norms with respect to lawful behaviors as indicated by repeatedly performing acts that are grounds for arrest;

members of Mayors Against Illegals Guns have been convicted of crimes. These include:

Baltimore, MD - Mayor Sheila Dixon.[42]Charges: Fraud, perjury, embezzling gift cards meant for the poor; investigated for receiving thousands of dollars in illicit gifts.
Hartford, CT - Mayor Eddie Perez.[43]Charges: bribery, fabricating evidence, conspiracy. Arrested a second time, on extortion charges.
Racine, WI - Mayor Gary Becker.[44] Charges: Possession of child pornography, showing pornography to a child, sexual assault on a child, enticing children, and lesser felonies,
East Haven, CT - Mayor April Capone Almon.[45]Charge: Interfering with police officers.

Outcome: Awaiting trial.

Memorable Quote: "Well, now, I will tell you and I will have this talk with the Chief, but I have f__king had
it with Officer Sorbo playing cute down here at the beach."

Detroit, MI - Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick.[46]Charges: Perjury, obstruction of justice, and misconduct in office. Later, re-arrested on two counts of felonious assault on officers. Jailed for violating conditions of bond.

Outcome: Guilty plea to two counts of perjury and one of assault on an officer. Sentenced to four months in jail and five years of probation.

Update: on February 3, his former assistant took a plea and offered to cooperate in proving that Kilpatrick was hiding assets to avoid paying restitution.

Guttenberg, NJ - Mayor Delle Donna[47]Charges: Extortion, mail fraud, tax evasion

Outcome: Convicted of extortion and tax fraud. Sentenced to four years' imprisonment.

Notable event: "The couple surrendered yesterday .... They must also surrender their passports and firearms."

Jackson, MS - Mayor Frank Melton[48]Charges: Conspiracy to violate civil rights (by tearing down a person's house), commission of a violent crime while possessing a handgun

Outcome: First trial ended in a hung jury. He died a few days before the retrial.

Amusing event: In 2006, the same year he joined Mayors Against Illegal Guns, he was convicted of violating a "gun free school zone" law and bans on carrying guns in church.

Passaic, NJ - Mayor Samuel Rivera[49]Charges: Many: before taking office, convicted of covering up a homicide. After, indicted for extortion and taking a bribe.

Outcome: Plea of guilty, sentence of 21 months' imprisonment.

Austin, TX - Mayor Will Wynn[50]Charge: Assault

Outcome: Guilty plea. Sentenced to community service.

Jersey City, NJ - Mayor Jerremiah Healy[51][52]harges and Outcomes: Quite a rap sheet. In 1999, convicted of disorderly conduct. In 2007, convicted of resisting arrest. Presently, he is a suspect in an official corruption probe.

Birmingham, AL - Mayor Larry Langford[53]Charges: Indicted on 101 counts of bribery, fraud, money laundering and tax evasion.

Outcome: Convicted on 60 felony counts; awaiting sentencing.

Inglewood, CA - Mayor Roosevelt F. Dorn[54]
White Plains, NY - Mayor Adam Bradley[55]
Port St. Lucie, FL - Mayor Patricia Christensen[56]
Hamilton, NJ - Mayor John Bencivengo[57][58]

Another Example is Charlie rangel

Not just on taxes, which he feels he is above the laws he passes(Sociopaths traits 1. failure to conform to social norms with respect to lawful behaviors as indicated by repeatedly performing acts that are grounds for arrest; ,2. deception, as indicated by repeatedly lying, use of aliases, or conning others for personal profit or pleasure; and he tells us how to live our lives...tipicaly statist)

But then again we are crazy for taking actions and words and threats at face value....

How will you explain these away?

impulsive or failure to plan ahead;

No even a full day after Sandy Hook Democrats and other leftist were calling for Gun Bans and other legislation the be rammed thought without being read(wow notice how they don't want bills to be read, notice a pattern here?)

They call for more laws that will do nothing be limit, greatly the rights and freedoms of law abiding citizens.
They fail to accepted the fact criminals do not care about laws.

A murderer with the intent to kill people cares about magazines limits and Gun Free Zones as much as terrorist to care that his car bomb is taking up two parking spaces, they don't.

irritability and aggressiveness, as indicated by repeated physical fights or assaults;

reckless disregard for safety of self or others;

Evie Hudak telling rape survivor Amanda Collins a pistol would not have prevented her from being raped.

Amanda Collins is a young rape survivor. While in college in 2007, she was raped 50 feet away from the campus police department office at the University of Nevada-Reno and was lucky to get out alive. Her attacker was James Biela, a serial rapist who raped two other women and murdered another. He attacked her at gun point in a gun free zone. At the time of the attack, Collins was in possession of a concealed weapons permit but was not in possession of her firearm due to university policies prohibiting carrying concealed weapons on campus. She was also a second degree black belt at the time and walked to the parking garage with a large group of people.

He she been able to to carry that pistol, James Biela would be in shot, and in custody or dead, and unable to rape and murder Brianna Denison

Interesting quote at 1:16 into video that sheds light on the priorities of State Sen. Harvey... "What we are trying to do here tonight is not to protect ourselves from violent crime. What we are trying to do here tonight is protect students and teachers from feeling uncomfortable by you carrying a gun to protect yourself." (I wonder how "uncomfortable" it feels to be a victim of a violent crime?!?)

Evie Hudak is wrong for the following reason

In this country gun violence is a daily occurrence. Eighty-five Americans are shot and killed on an average day. Sixty-two percent of those who are killed are the victims of self-inflicted wounds from committing suicide. Most adolescent suicides are committed by youths at home who used the family gun obtained from home. States with weaker gun laws and higher rates of household gun ownership have higher rates of gun suicide and higher overall suicide rates. Although many gun control opponents have argued against counting suicides by firearms as gun-related deaths, because the suicide victim can substitute another form of suicide, Harvard researchers have found that fatality rates for suicide attempts with a gun are over ninety percent while rates for cutting, piercing, and drug overdoses (the other most common methods used to attempt suicide) are under five percent.

Guns in the Home Offer More Risk than Benefit. Or Not. | The Truth About Guns

consistent irresponsibility, as indicated by repeated failure to sustain consistent work behavior or honor financial obligations;

Notice how elected elections fail to honor and obey the Constitution by injecting their opinions and views over the Natural and Constitutional rights.

Consistent irresponsibility to pass laws that would remove law that restrict the Natural and Constitutional right to Keep And Bear Arms.

example

Assembly Judiciary Committee Chairman Jason Frierson, D-Las Vegas.
This guy would not allow a vote on AB143 proposed allowing people with a concealed weapons permit
to carry firearms on higher education campuses IE The Nevada Campus Protection Act

A man who let his personal feelings supersede the rules of the Nevada State Legislator, the People of Nevada, and the Constitution Of The Great State Of Nevada and of the United States Of American

lack of remorse, as indicated by being indifferent to or rationalizing having hurt, mistreated, or stolen from another;

Well..need less to say the lack of caring about the rights and freedoms being limited for the advance of laws which will do nothing to reduce violent crime but create more victims and increase the monopoly of force and violence of the state at the expense of liberty...

Not caring about who is harmed by the reduced ability to defend themselves, not caring of even acknowledging that millions of law abiding citizens would be make felons, not for harm or stealing from anyone but just exercise their Natural and Constitutional Right To Keep And Bear Arms.

the lack of basic understanding that the laws they have passed are to blame such as Gun Free Zones which have been the scenes of 64 of the last 65 mass shooting, where the killers knew that their victims would be defenseless..

And yet we are to blame?

For understanding that criminals will not obey the law, they life and liberty are worth defending with force of arms...using facts, logic, reason, observation and basic common sense.

Their are two groups responsible for their actions....The murders who commit them, and the politicians that aid and abed them through moronic, emtionlistc laws that do nothing be strip rights and freedom away from the individualism and inbed more power and force to the state, one should only have to look at history and the 250,000,00 murder in the great genocide and democides of the 20th century to see the harm of a disarmed public or a public with out sufficient arms for defense against the state...

"it cant happen here" you say?

Go ask a Native American and ask them of the great massacres like wounded Knee

Go ask a Mormon and ask them of Executive Order 44, also known as the Extermination Order in Latter Day Saint history And the Utah War...

Funny how you claim we are ignorant brutes, yet you are ok with the use of unjust, unconstitutional, and illegal, and tyrannical force to disarm, subjugate, and exterminate those who disagree with you..

We are not Sociopaths, they is only you looking to a mirror.

We are sentinels of liberty, standing eternally vigilante in the defense of the means of defending our liberty, lives, and property, willing and ready to strike in defense to protect the last bastion of freedom and liberty on God`s good earth..

To all who would disarm, harm, subjugate, enslavement and commit acts of tyranny, and demoicide against the American people you will fail...

the 2nd Amendment does not say reasonable restrictions, it says shall not be infringed.

Well, I hope people who ask for some common sense reforms are not branded as Heretics and burned at the stake. That would suck.

Gabby and the rest of her ilk have no more weight on their opinions of gun control then I do. I don't give a rats rear end that she was shot, that is not to say I condone it, it was a crime and blablabla, but because someone was killed by a drunk driver does not give them more right to say what policy of cars, or alcohol is.For the mentally impaired I am not condoning drunk driving, but some to this day want to bring back Temperance. So someone lost a child due to a school shooting, that is a tragic loss and I empathize with you, but that does not give you the right to take away or diminish my right to own guns. I have a constitutional right to have guns, you don't have one to put your feelings above my rights. Gifford is doing nothing but being used as a dog and pony show to try to tug at the emotions of those who know nothing nor want to learn anything about firearms. Its simple for the simple minded, just ban them, who needs an AR? or am AK? Right? But we gun owners know that after the ARs and AKs are gone, the question will then go to who needs a Shotgun that can pump 8 rounds through it, you only need 3 rounds for duck hunting right? Who needs a scope that can hit a target at 1000 yards when most deer are shot at 100 yards or less, and who needs a gun that shoots a bullet more than .25 caliber, its just all too much. How needs a hand gun that shoots more than 6 rounds, If it ever got that far the eventual question that is at the end of the list of the gun grabbers like giffords is who needs a gun? They use the same bad logic that Jack Web used in Dragnet many years ago when a woman wanted a gun for protection, "if you can get to a gun, you can get to a phone and call the police." But the libs will not go on to say, what to do when that perp is stabbing you 57 times before the cops get there to do their job and clean up the mess of your blood all over the apt. We know what the agenda is, and saying its common sense gun safety is like telling the Jews in 39 Germany that they are being moved to safe camps to avoid the allied possible bomb strikes of the coming war. Its total BS, its not gun safety, its not common sense, its picking the low hanging fruit with the eventual goal of stripping the tree.
