Gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men (MSM))a represent approximately 2% of the United States population, yet are the population most severely affected by HIV. In 2010, young MSM (aged 13-24 years) accounted for 72% of new HIV infections among all persons aged 13 to 24, and 30% of new infections among all MSM. At the end of 2010, an estimated 489,121 (56%) persons living with an HIV diagnosis in the United States were MSM or MSM-IDU.

Thats only for the US.... Worldwide it is a straight person disease due to lack of condom use.
Gay men sticking their penises in an area where it's not supposed to go into (anal cavity) and wondering why they get AIDS? Lol.
Do you not know that more straight people practice anal sex than gay men. In surveys something like 43% of straight couples practice it. Laughing about it makes you look like a sick individual taking pleasure in the misery of others..
Anal sex doesn't discriminate for sexual orientation. You maybe surprised at the amount of heterosexual anal sex.

Yep, but straight people have the option of having proper sex. The only sexual act involving penetration a gay man can indulge in is anal sex.
It sounds like getting AIDS is completely optional. Don't share needles or penises.
