The following from another poster IMHO states it perfectly.
"Rappers insist upon calling themselves a derogatory term for members of my race, that doesn't mean I find it acceptable or that you should use it, let alone the president of the United States. Can you imagine the outrage if he had used a derogatory term like that for any other group? Or how about if he referred to females as b*#thes? This is no different and it is beneath the dignity of the office he holds."
I agree.
I would never expect the President to attend a NAACP meeting and greet the audience with:
"Wat up my n*ggas?" which is quite common and acceptable among the youth (both Black and White these days).
If true, it really does show how little class he has.
