How would things be different if Herman Cain were currently the President of the United States?

On foreign policy I think he would be a hawk and their might have been boots on the ground starting with Iran. I think he would try to push his 9 9 9 tax plan and would fail to muster enough votes and become frustrated. He would settle for all the Bush tax cuts to stay in place. No cash for clunkers and would not dole out money left and right for green energy. No stimulus and would push for cuts, would try to stop the fed on QE.

The CARS program and stimulus all happened before Cain was running for the GOP nomination.

I agree that Cain would probably be very hawkish. Corporate welfare would also be increasing dramatically.

Fewer lies.

Less growth of government power.

Less Crony Capitalism.

Less corporate and individual welfare.

Considering that Cain's campaign was full of lies, your assertion is without foundation.

Without bringing up whether cutting social programs is a good thing, how would Cain by himself cut already established programs?

What else would he do? This would be the official Italian sausage of the U.S:

That is a bold contention, coming from an Obama supporter (the father of lies).

What you are presenting is speculation, as Cain is not the president. What we must return to is reality- Obama is the president (the worst in US history) and has rarely, if ever, been truthful with the nation.

Your "opinion" is somewhat meaningless, as it is always:

Obama is great
Obama is not lying
Obamacare is great
The economy is great
Terrorists are on the run
Few people are on foodstamps
Obama did not increase the debt
Deficits are fantastic
The IRS did not target conservatives
Nothing went wrong in Benghazi
The NSA does not spy on people
Obama loves everyone

When you put a quarter in someone and get the same response EVERY TIME, that response ceases to be an "opinion" and is more of a REFLEX.

The thread topic is Cain, not Obama. So, I won't even address this post, even though the content is strawmen.
