Obama IGNORED that date which is written into the law.
I've lost tract of which date Obama likes and thinks is politically beneficial today.

You better learn more about how our government is run.

“If the people come to believe that the government is no longer constrained by the laws then they will conclude that neither are they.”

“That is a very dangerous sort of thing for the president to do, to wantonly ignore the laws,” Cannon said, “to try to impose obligations upon people that the legislature did not approve.”

Obama won and the banks create the horrible loans.
All done the legal way.
No laws broken. Right ?

If you're trying to prove someone broke the law here citing a legal case just isn't cutting it

Congress has every opportunity to act if they think the President has overstepped his boundaries.
They haven't.

Come on now be honest. Why are you defending the republican party from this outrage? At least be honest and state the party was and still is in Wall Street's clutches, because there is no arguing about it otherwise. Quite transparent for all to see. Its so transparent it's ugly transparent.

So let's just pin the tail on your donkey.
What would you prefer?
A. Extend the deadline for businesses to enroll to 2015 and have the system run smoothly for all concerned...
OR
B Stick to the deadline and have another clusterfu.... and have the whole thing collapse.

I would bet a dollar to a donut that the only reason you're whining about the small business extension is that you, personally want the entire ACA to fail miserably.
Which means..........
This should be noted that republicans after all their bluster and finger pointing just don't want people covered with adequate heath insurance. Which also means that those very same republicans must already have adequate heath insurance and could give a crap about the rest of the nation who doesn't.

That's putting the whole issue in proper perspective.

Where are the republican, tea party lawsuits?
Which congressmen from the right are calling for his impeachment and what specific laws are they claiming he broke?
You got nothin but some quotes from the usual right wing radio bloviating gas bags.
Or is it just another frustrated rant from the Tea Party peanut gallery who just can't get over the fact that the president was re-elected and will enact progressive policies.

Crimes are not a fantasy. Our taxpayers are paying for them every day. Too bad more people are collecting than paying.
I disagree that the President is discredited or that he has no power. His poll numbers have dropped. If conservatives gain control of the Senate they still won't have to votes to impeach, but I'd love to see them gin up the crazy conspiracy rhetoric and attempt to do it.

President Obama has broken no laws, this is a conservative delusion. The old most people are takers, while they are makers delusion of conservatives that is a winning argument.

They can't. They are overrun with democratic crooks. In 2014 they will begin the impeachment proceedings when Republicans take majority.
