Where are the republican, tea party lawsuits?
Which congressmen from the right are calling for his impeachment and what specific laws are they claiming he broke?
Or is it just another frustrated rant from the Tea Party peanut gallery who just can't get over the fact that the president was re-elected and will enact progressive policies.
Well now to be fair the left says Bush broke the law as well and cause the crash of 2008.
They also said the Iraq war was illegal even though Congress approved our invasion of it.
Yet when pressed no one can cite exactly which law was broken.
Since both sides do this it's really a wash isn't it ?
Executive orders have been around since George Washington, yet it is only evil and terrible when Obama does them.
I wonder what it is about Obama that no other president in history has...
Of course it is about Obama. The right wing obstructioists have made that clear from his first day in office when they conspired against him regardless of the outcomes and the negative affects it would have on the American people. IMO, it is a variety of reason, depending upon which group his slinging the mud. Everythig from bitterness that the party is losing in the demographics department, bigotry for obvious reasons and jealousy that this POTUS will leave a great legacy of acccomplishing things that will put the right wing and their do nothing, cater to the rich only agenda to shame. They are inadequate buffoons holding onto an era that is over....with a pinch of sociopathy thrown in for good measure.

If the majority of American people don't stand up - then nothing will be done. We are the government.
The majority stood up against Obamacare prior to its passage, and that didn't stop the Democrats from passing it. What makes you think that they'll listen to us now?

If I don't like something you are doing you better damn well believe I'm going to do every thing in my power to stop you. Do you understand that or would you rather just call names instead of understand that not everyone believes Obama is the messiah.
Obama may be great amongst the people you are with but not among others. You do realize that don't you. The fact that you think he is great tells us alot about you and the types you hang with and it isn't complimentary.
This was VERY MUCH enabled by F&F, who played the charade AND published guidelines, which continued to decrease thresholds to keep the money flowing. Sadly, this always happens when political goals are about using someone else's money for your gain.

Those type of loans were NOT enabled by Fannie and Freddie. These loans needed to be misrepresented just to get Fannie and Freddie to buy them. They were sold to them under false pretenses. None of the proposals aimed at Fannie and Freddie would have stopped these loans. This was created by greed at the banks pure and simple.
First of all, sequestration was the president's idea, he pushed it, he personally demanded it be included in the 2011 budget act or he'd veto it, and it was Obama and Reid who shut down the government because they refused to negotiate with the House over delaying the ACA's personal mandate, something he will eventually be forced to delay anyway. It's Obama who is rewriting the ACA on an almost weekly basis, mandating new compliance requirements and delaying whole sections until after the 2014 mid term elections.

Oh do you mean like Obamacare was sold to the American people under false pretenses? Obama lied to the American people to sell Obamacare. That should tell you something.
How about Article I, Section 1 of the Constitution of the United States?
All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.
By selectively enforcing various laws, he's effectively changing them by unilateral declaration, not through the judicial branch.
He's also violating his oath of office:
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.
By bypassing Congress, he's in direct violation of Article I, Section 1, and is therefore not preserving nor protecting the Constitution.
